easley Real Estate, LLC posted a prodigious sales growth increase from the previous year. In 2013, Beasley agents sold a quarter of a billion dollars ($250MM) in real estate transactions, and the company’s growth in sales volume escalated by 150% from sales in 2012. The average growth was 42% amongst Beasley agents. Facebook MLS Application

For buyers, the new Facebook application is a tool that creates a seamless online presence to search for properties in any location covered by MLS and to share their findings with real estate experts they want guidance from, friends they want advice from and family they want to include in the home-buying process. For sellers, the application makes listings more accessible to every potential buyer on Facebook – that is over 901 million users!

Beasley Giving Back

This past fall and winter, Beasley Real Estate collaborated with the Washington Humane Society (WHS) at Lincoln Park and Eastern Market to help support and raise awareness for the broad range of programs and services that are offered to help provide comfort and care to over 43,000 animals each year. Our teams participated an off-site adoption and donation events and helped two dogs find a loving home while many others volunteered to pass by the shelter to adopt a furry friend. WHS is the only Congressionally-chartered animal welfare agency in the United States and has been the area’s leading voice for animals since 1870. It operates two animal shelter locations, a low-cost, high-volume spay and neuter facility and a new animal training facility called the Behavior and Learning Center.
