Welcome Home G R EETI N G S , It is with great pleasure and excitement that I announce that Beasley Real Estate is launching a magazine for friends and clients called Home. The real estate market in Washington, Virginia and Maryland could not be better. Multiple offers in many sectors are the norm and buyers from not only around the country but around the world are taking notice. As noted in a recent Wall Street Journal article, “As other American cities have been buffeted by an uneven economy, Washington’s property market has been buoyed two forces specific to the capital city: a surge of federal contractors and a rising tide of government spending.” Beasley Real Estate is helping buyers from around the globe navigate this rapidly moving marketplace. For national and international buyers, Home is a visual essay about the best real estate property in the metropolitan Washington area. Just as Beasley Real Estate evolved out of years of reflection on creating a different kind of real estate firm, this new magazine evolved out of an idea to create a unique marketing differentiator. This first edition, Summer 2013, showcases the gorgeous listings we currently have in our portfolio in addition to highlighting some of our favorite sales.
