The City Council will consider adoption of a resolution for the following: 1) establish new fees for adult-use and medicinal commercial cannabis activities Per City Council Ordinance No 2960; 2) establish new fees to re-notice public hearings; 3) revise existing fees for Modification Permits and establish new fees for Modification Permit timeline extensions; 4) revise existing fees for the review of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Maintenance Agreements; and 5) revise existing fees for Tentative Tract Maps. All new/ revised fees shall also be pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 8663 and City Council Resolution No. 9293.
ENVIRONMENTAL The proposed resolution is exempt from DOCUMENTATION: CEQA pursuant to the State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) because the resolution has no potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. PLACE OF HEARING: r
