Our Facilities
Beachborough is located in an idyllic country setting on the edge of the village of Westbury. The school’s modern facilities cluster around the impressive, old Manor House which forms the central hub and heart of the school. The buildings reflect the balance between tradition and innovation that characterises our school.
The education we provide for 400 boys and girls, blends creative 21st Century thinking and state-of-the-art facilities - from our impressive Sports Hall and The Whybrow Performing Arts Centre, to our Wellbeing Room. Our youngest learners develop their skills in the nurturing environment of our juniors’ building - The Boardman. As they grow older, our children move up to the Manor House and learn in our inspirational subject classrooms, including our Technology, Engineering and Design (TED) centre and Robotics, Coding and Science Labs.
Being outside in our 35 acres of stunning grounds is a big part of a child’s life at Beachborough. We use our woods, Forest School and wetlands area for a wide variety of academic lessons and field work studies to bring their learning alive. Wearing their wellies and iconic blue boiler suits, building dens, climbing trees, getting muddy and enjoying the fresh air in the great outdoors are all part of the Beachburian adventure. Learning outdoors as well as indoors is an enriching experience and makes the school day magical for all our children.
