Baylor offers 17 sports, and we field 74 teams in grades 6-12. Our athletes train to win, but they also commit to the development of character, life skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork. At Baylor, there’s no one path to becoming a leader. Our community service leadership board helps guide the best program possible for the children they serve locally, regionally, and internationally.

Our dorm prefects are skilled at guiding new students in adjusting to boarding life and facilitating community relations and events throughout the year. The student-elected Honor Council preserves an honor system that has been a cornerstone of school values since 1916. And for Cooper Kinney ’21, Baylor led to playing on three state champion baseball teams and becoming a first-round draft pick for the major leagues.
