March 2018
Bay Forest Community Association (BFCA) News Meetings of the BFCA Board of Directors are held on the third Monday of each month. January through November, at 6pm. Meetings are open to all Bay Forest homeowners and are held at the Bay Forest Management Office, 15715 Lake Lodge Drive. To reach the Bay Forest Community Manager, emailManager@BayForest.info or call 832-224-6446. The mailing address for the Bay Forest Community Association is 15715 Lake Lodge Drive, Houston TX 77062. Hello all. No meeting of the Board was held in February due to the date falling on Presidents’ Day. We will be back on schedule March 19th at our regular time and place.
Association Dues Update:
We are glad to report that we have collected 97% of the 2018 dues that were due on January 1st. We have authorized 4 payment plans, and will be issuing certified mail to those 26 holdouts. Once again, thank-you to all of those who were timely.
Project Updates: Sidewalks: The weather has not cooperated and we still need to make the sidewalk repairs on the north side of El Dorado. The Perimeter Fence: We are ready to get the project started. Per our agreement with the contractor, they are required to give a 4 week written notice to the affected home owners prior to any work commencement. They will post the written notice on the front doors of the affected homes. After the 4 week notification has passed, the initial plans will be to remove one of the top panels of the old exterior fence. The workers will then use that to access the backyards to install the temporary wood fence 5 to 10 feet inside the old fence. They will then remove the remaining panels and construct the new brick fence. They will then remove the temporary wood fence and repeat the notification process to those next to be affected. Should you have any questions or concerns prior to or during the construction process, please direct those emails or calls to our Community Manager: Bay Forest Community Association 15715 Lake Lodge Drive, Houston, Texas 77062 Isaac Fouty, Community Manager Manager@bayforest.info 832-224-6446 (BFCA continued on page 3)
