End of Hearing: Sentencing of the accused.

Hearing Summary:

The Court Martial reconvened, and the President requested that the Judge Advocate explain the parameters for sentencing. During his summation, the Judge Advocate guided the panel about the sentencing which they are confined by. The Court Martial recessed to deliberate at 1000hrs.

The hearing reconvened at 1332hrs. The President of the Court Martial thanked both the Defence and Prosecution for the execution of their duties during the Hearing.

Finally, the President announced that Sub Lieutenant Nakeida Gibson was sentenced to dismissal from the Barbados Defence Force, subject to the confirmation of the Convening Officer.
