Blessed be the name of the Lord, Most High [x2

For The Lord Is My Tower

For The Lord is my tower And He gives me the power

To tear down the works of the enemy

In a difficult hour

He will crush the devourer And bring the powers of darkness

Underneath my feet

Way Maker

You are here, moving in our midst

I worship You, I worship You

You are here, working in this place

I worship You, I worship You

You are here, moving in our midst

I worship You, I worship You

You are here, working in this place

I worship You, I worship You

Refrain: Way maker, miracle worker

Promise keeper, light in the darkness

My God, that is who You are [x2]

You are here, touching every heart

I worship You, I worship You

You are here, healing every heart

I worship You, I worship You

You are here, turning lives around

I worship You, I worship You

You are here, mending every heart

I worship You, I worship You. Refrain

Bridge: Even when I don’t see it you’re working

Even when I don’t feel it you’re working

You never stop, you never stop working

You never stop, you never stop working [x2]. Refrain

Outro: That is who You are, That is who You are

That is who You are, That is who You are

My Jesus , My Saviour

My Jesus, my Saviour

Lord, there is none like you

All of my days, I want to praise

The wonders of your mighty love

My comfort, my shelter

Tower of refuge and strength

Let every breath, all that I am

Never cease to worship you

Shout to the Lord all the Earth, let us sing

Power and majesty, praise to the King

Mountains bow down and the seas will roar

At the sound of your name

I sing for joy at the work of your hands

Forever I’ll love you, forever I’ll stand

Nothing compares to the promise I have in you

4 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, to all the exiles whom I have sent into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon:

5 Build houses and live in them; plant gardens and eat what they produce.

6 Take wives and have sons and daughters; take wives for your sons, and give your daughters in marriage, that they may bear sons and daughters; multiply there, and do not decrease.

7 But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.

11 For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.

First Reading: Jeremiah 29: 4-7, 11

Second Reading: Romans 8: 18-25

18 I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory about to be revealed to us.

19 For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the children of God;

20 for the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope

21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and will obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning in labour pains until now;

23 and not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly while we wait for adoption, the redemption of our bodies.

24 For in hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope.

For who hopes for what is seen?

25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.

Great Is Thy Faithfulness

Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father

There is no shadow of turning with Thee

Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not

As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be

Refrain: Great is Thy faithfulness! “Great is Thy faithfulness!

Morning by morning new mercies I see

All I have needed Thy hand hath provided

Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me

Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest

Sun, moon and stars in their courses above

Join with all nature in manifold witness

To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love

Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth

Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide

Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow

Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside

Eternal Father Strong To Save

Eternal Father, strong to save

Whose arm does bind the restless wave

Who bids the mighty ocean deep

Its own appointed limits keep

O hear us when we cry to Thee

For those in peril on the sea

O Savior, whose almighty word

The winds and waves submissive heard Who walked upon the foaming deep

And calm amid the rage did sleep

O hear us when we cry to Thee

For those in peril on the sea

O Holy Spirit, who did brood

Upon the waters dark and rude

And bid their angry tumult cease

And give for wild confusion peace

O hear us when we cry to Thee

For those in peril on the sea

O Trinity of love and pow'r, Your children shield in danger's hour

From rock and tempest, fire, and foe

Protect them where-so-e'er they go

Thus, evermore shall rise to Thee

Hold The Fort

Ho, my comrades, see the signal, waving in the sky

Reinforcements now appearing, victory is nigh

Refrain: Hold the fort, for I am coming Jesus signals still Wave the answer back to heaven

By Thy grace we will

See the mighty host advancing, Satan leading on Mighty ones around us falling, courage almost gone

See the glorious banner waving, Hear the trumpet blow In our Leader’s Name we triumph over every foe

Fierce and long the battle rages, but our help is near Onward comes our great Commander, cheer, my comrades, cheer

My Hope Is Built On Nothing Less

My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness I dare not trust the sweetest frame but wholly lean on Jesus' name

Refrain: On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand all other ground is sinking sand all other ground is sinking sand

When darkness veils His lovely face I rest on his unchanging grace in every high and stormy gale my anchor holds within the veil

His oath, His covenant, His blood support me in the whelming flood when all around my soul gives way He then is all my hope and stay

When He shall come with trumpet sound O may I then in him be found dressed in his righteousness alone faultless to stand before the throne
