TheHomesteadCommunityHealthCenterhasbecome avitalresourceforcontinuingcare Mostpatientsatthe Centercannotaffordthemedicationstheyneedto improvetheirhealthfollowingdiagnosis,ortohelpavoid furthercomplications.Thankstothesupportofour donors,theCenterhasbeenabletoextendvital healthcareandtreatmentforuninsuredand underinsuredpatientsinthecommunity.
