• Our South Terrace offers an open-air oasis with unparalleled panoramic views, ideal for wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions or relaxed gatherings for up to 200 standing.

• The indoor area features floor- to-ceiling windows showcasing the views, perfect for corporate lunches, formal dinners, or a sophisticated weather-protected space for up to 60 guests seated (semi-private) or 120 standing (exclusive use).

• Finally, our North Terrace exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, ideal for unforgettable engagement celebrations or casual cocktail events, with fire pits, city views and lush seasonal greenery.

FAQs

What are the options for spaces available for events?

We offer three individual spaces that are fully customisable based on the size of the event, accommodating anywhere from 16 to 450 people. Please note that all attendees must be 18 years old or over.

What is the pricing for different types of bookings?

For non-exclusive events, the minimum spend per person is $100 on Fridays to Sundays and $80 on Wednesdays to Thursdays.

For an event requiring exclusive use of the venue spaces, Lady Banks requires a minimum spend as follows:

Indoor | $18,000 on Fridays to Sundays | $12,000 on Wednesdays to Thursdays

North Terrace | $20,000 on Fridays to Sundays | $10,000 on Wednesdays to Thursdays

South Terrace | $15,000 on Fridays to Sundays | $8,000 on Wednesdays to Thursdays

Exclusive use of the entire venue incurs a minimum spend of $28,000 on Fridays to Sundays and $18,000 on Wednesdays to Thursdays.

What is the latest event time?

As our events run for a base length of 4 hours, 7pm is the latest time we can accommodate an event that remains within our trading hours.

What are the terms regarding deposits and payments?

A 10% deposit of the minimum spend is required at the time of booking, along with a copy of the signed terms & conditions. The full minimum spend must be paid one day prior to the event.

What requirements are there for contractors and vendors?

All contractors and vendors must complete an induction and provide their Public Liability Insurance before the event.
