Get in touch with us via email, phone, or the Application Form on our website, providing as much detail as you can, including your

preferred borrowing structure, loan amount, rental income, asset type, and your experience level. One of our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

The team needs a range of documentation to get things moving:

– A completed application form

– Up-to-date Assets

Liabilities Income and Expenditure details for all interested parties

– Last three months’ business and personal bank statements for all interested parties

– Up-to-date property portfolio schedules for all interested parties

– Last three years of financial accounts (if applicable)

– Confirmation of any outstanding mortgage balances (if applicable)

– Tenancy schedule (if applicable)

Decision and formal Facility Letter

Now that the team has the required information, they’ll review it and get in touch with their decision.

If the team presents you with an offer, you can be absolutely sure that it’s carefully considered according to your client’s needs and circumstances, and they’ll be confident of delivering the conditions attached.

They’ll also send through a Credit-Backed Facility Letter –this must be accepted within 30 days, and it’s valid for 90 days.

You’ll be guided through Cambridge & Counties Bank’s onboarding requirements, which helps us comply with our account opening obligations.

Instruction

Once your signed Facility Letter has been received and you’ve paid the valuation fee, the team will instruct trusted solicitors and valuers.

Completion

From here, you and your client will have your own, dedicated point of contact.

The information has been received, and the customer onboarding process has been completed.

Once we have all outstanding information, including customer onboarding, we will send the funds to the solicitors. Your client will then be introduced to their Relationship team for

further support. Your commission will be paid a maximum of 10 days after receipt of invoice and confirmation that the deal is drawn down. We’ll also pay commission for any further introductions.
