Uma Spa
At Uma Spa, we offer a wide range of treatments and services in an environment designed to inspire healing and serenity through carefully curated aromas, colors, and textures. Uma is an invitation to nurture your body and spirit, guiding you toward a state of deep relaxation and holistic wellbeing. The spa circuit includes a steam room, sauna and serene relaxation areas. Our wellness space includes a dedicated yoga studio, with guided classes offered daily for all skill and experience levels.
Excursions
Spanning 2,400 square kilometers, Torres del Paine National Park features four distinct regions, each with unique landscapes to explore. From towering granite spires to glaciers calving into turquoise lakes, the park offers epic beauty and wildlife in its natural habitat. Guests can explore all four regions through guided excursions on foot, horseback, or by boat.

Check Out
Check out time is 10.30am. If you require luggage storage, please enquire at Reception. Details of your check-out arrangements will be delivered to your suite, the evening prior to departure.
Drinking Water
Tap water at the hotel is safe for consumption. For those who prefer bottled water, bottles of filtered water are provided in the mini bar fridge.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium is located adjacent to Uma Spa and is available for guest use between 9am – 9pm daily. Towels are provided.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping refreshes guest suites daily, generally whilst you are out and about. Should you prefer a specific time, please advise Reception. Towels are replaced daily, however, in keeping with our commitment to sustainability, please place the linen change sign on your bed if you would like your bed linen changed.
Laundry
We provide a laundry and folding service, bags and forms are in your robe. Items received before 11am will be returned by the following morning. Items received after 11am will be returned the day after. Please note that due to our remote location, dry cleaning services are not available.
Mini Bar
The in-suite bar is stocked with a selection of local beverages and house-made snacks. For your convenience, mini bars are replenished once daily.
Power
Domestic power supply is 220 volts. Adaptors are available for loan from Reception.

Your comfort is our priority. Ensure a good night’s sleep by choosing from our pillow selection, and we will deliver it to your room:

The sauna and steam room are located within Uma Spa and are available for guest use between 9am – 9pm daily. Towels are provided.
Smoking
To ensure the comfort of all guests, your suite and all shared common areas are smoke free environments. The designated smoking area is the outdoor terrace adjoining the restaurant.
Suite Amenities
In your wardrobe, you’ll find the following items to make your stay more comfortable: Bathrobes, backpack, an iron and ironing board, insect spray, slippers, spare pillows, torch, umbrellas and a personal safe.
Swimming Pool and Whirlpool Tub
The heated indoor swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool tub are located adjacent to Uma Spa and are available for guest use between 9am – 9pm daily. Towels are provided.
