Kache Aam Ka Chunda With Sugar

Kacche AAm Ka Chunda With Sugar or Raw Mango Chunda is a very popular Gujarati Recipe. There are two types of chunda recipe. One made with exotic spices and second with no spices. There are also two ways of making it. First, cooked under sun rays and second cooked on stove flame. The second method provides you Instant Chunda, which takes only 40 minutes to get prepared. On the other hand, the first one method requires at least 7 days to get prepared. In my post, I will explain you the Instant Chunda recipe With Sugar, which I have made on my stove flame. It is also a simple chunda recipe which is made without any spices. Sweet and Sour in taste with a punch of mouth refresher Souf. I made my Raw Mango Chunda 2 years before and wait till this year to post my Kacche Aam Ka Chunda Recipe. I know, I took many years to post my recipe. Actually, I wanted to see that, the life of Instant Kacche Aam Ka Chunda. Till today it is perfect. Nothing happened to it. I I think, It will remain as same as it is for more two years‌..The recipe of my Instant Kacche Aam Ka Chunda is very simple

SOAK RAW MANGO Soak raw mango in water for 2 hours.

GRATE IT After 2 hours, peel of raw mango and grate it. Separate the seeds.

HEAT OIL AND ADD HING Place a thick bottom pan on the flame and add oil. Heat the oil and then add hing to it.

ADD GRATED RAW MANGO AND SUGAR Now add grated raw mango, salt and sugar to it.

INCREASE THE FLAME TO HIGH Increase the flame to high and mix it. After a few minutes, you will see that the sugar has started dissolving.

COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME Now reduce the flame to medium and let the instant raw mango chunda cook on that flame only. After a few minutes you will notice that the mixture has been watered.

COOK FOR FEW MORE MINUTES It shows that the sugar has dissolved properly and now it will start becoming thick. Cook it for few minutes more and then you will find that it is becoming thick.

ADD SPICES Now, after 5 minutes, add red chili powder, fennel and cumin powder to it

COOK FOR 5 MINUTES Mix it (See you do not make the chunda mixture very thick because, it will become very thick once cools down to room temperature. So try to make it little bit watery). Now, cook it again for more 5 minutes

READY TO SERVE Yours Instant Raw Mango Chunda is ready to serve.
