Letter From Leadership

Over the last three years, our Foundation has achieved many milestones as we seek to enhance the future of DeMolay in Arizona. Key to our mission is to provide financial resources to DeMolay to help develop young leaders to realize their full potential. In three years, we have raised $57,698.16 in support of DeMolay's leadership development. We are indebted to our donor community whose generosity has supercharged our operations and enabled our rapid growth.

As our leadership changes this year, we have our eyes set on one thing: taking all necessary steps to ensure that DeMolay in Arizona's mission continues in perpetuity. This Impact Report signals the beginning of a multi-year strategic plan--Project Perpetuity--that will see our Foundation reach longawaited milestones in our mission to sustain and grow DeMolay.

As always, we rely on our donor community to fuel our progress toward our goals and our ability to support the young leaders of DeMolay in Arizona. As you read this 2022-2023 Impact Report, we hope that you see it as the renewal of our commitment to you as stewards of your generosity and impact.

Record-Breaking Giving Tuesday

$6,840.99 raised this year! An 80% increase from last year, despite being our smallest Giving Tuesday since 2020.

Letter From DeMolay in Arizona's President

It is truly an honor to serve DeMolay in Arizona as the State President and to represent our organization to the Arizona DeMolay Foundation. Few young men will ever experience the professional learning that takes place while serving on a professional Foundation, and I will do my best to represent DeMolay in Arizona as eloquently as possible.

As an Ex-Officio Director, I am certain that we will maintain a constant, thorough communication. We will ensure that the needs of the young leaders are clearly communicated and met as best as possible. We must also give thanks to the Foundation, for without their continued and loyal support we would not be able to provide an amazing DeMolay experience. The duty of care is truly represented by the legacy fund built to sustain our operations for generations.

Throughout this year, I look forward to serving the members of DeMolay, expanding our membership, and strengthening our Chapters. I plan to make this year one that no one will forget. Together, DeMolay in Arizona and the Foundation will work to ensure the young leaders we develop will grow to be productive citizens with real life leadership and life skills.
