Our work methodology is based on systematic work environment management

We offer services aimed at improving health and the work environment for our customers. By analysing and evaluating different areas such as health rehab, alcohol and drug use and the physical and psychosocial work environment, we identify risk factors and opportunities for improvement. These insights are then used to devise actions and initiatives in different areas such as sustainability, health, health risks and health problems. The aim is to move away from just responding to problems to proactively preventing and improving health and the work environment. The outcome of our initiatives is followed up and evaluated regularly to steadily improve our operations.

Digital occupational health services are a way of offering healthcare services through video consultations. These services can be used at the workplace, at home or wherever is convenient for the user. The session is started using Mobile BankID to identify yourself and can take place on a smartphone, tablet or computer. You can feel reassured about security and conidentiality.

Avonova’s system for the notification of sickness and subsequent return to work gives you, as a manager, an overview of absence, and the staff member receives support for an earlier return to work. There is an option to link a rehab coordinator who supports managers and HR in rehab situations.
