EVENT GUIDE

Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of Aviation Week Network, I’m pleased to welcome you to Aero-Engines Asia-Pacific 2025. We are delighted to continue our partnership with HAECO, and bring this event to Hong Kong, for its second annual iteration. We look forward to providing you with critical industry insights and analysis, as well as important networking opportunities.
As the engine MRO community moves through 2025, we face a rapidly evolving landscape. Air travel demand remains robust, but bottlenecks remain in supply chains both for new aircraft deliveries, and for maintenance operations. The complexities and evolving nature of the global trade environment, continues to add uncertainty for many. This week, we are pleased to host a distinguished group of industry leaders who will share their perspectives on these critical issues and more. We look forward to insightful discussions on how to navigate these challenges while capitalizing on the abundant opportunities in the region.
We encourage all attendees to engage with discussions, to ask questions and take part in live polling. Throughout the event, we will be using the Slido platform, which can be accessed by visiting www.slido.com on any device and entering the code ‘#AEAP’.
Additionally, we would like to take this opportunity to remind all conference attendees to sign into Brella. This is where you can see the event attendee list and set up meetings to reconnect with friends and peers, and to make new connections.

On behalf of Aviation Week Network, I would like to thank our sponsors for their support and backing this week. Firstly to our host sponsor, HAECO, for their ongoing partnership, welcoming us to Hong Kong, and opening their doors for a facility tour –along with their partners at HAESL – on Thursday afternoon. Thank you also to our premium sponsor, Ramco Systems, and our sponsors Eaton Industries, IAI Bedek MRO, SES & XAero.
Thank you to our speakers, for sharing your expertise with us this week, we’re glad to have you with us.

Aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) industry is facing unprecedented demand for shop visits due to multiple reasons ranging from deferred newer aircraft deliveries, pent-up engine MRO demand necessitated by deferred legacy engine shop visits, increased repairs to newer generation engines. This is further fuelled by capacity constraints and shortage of parts at hangars to service engines. This has led to increased turnaround times (TATs) impacting airline fleet availability and escalating operational costs.
The session delves into how Engine MROs can navigate these challenges by embracing digital technologies such as AI and Automation in the entire value chain to deliver cost reduction, improved turnaround times and increased revenue recognition.
