Exciting news for all our employees! Great news! We are pleased to confirm that from January 2016, all Avanta Care employees will receive holiday pay on overtime hours. We are introducing workplace pensions In 2016 all our candidates will be automatically enrolled on a workplace pension. Government rules state all companies will need to enrol their employees on a workplace pension scheme by 2017. However, we have made the decision to begin the process early.
What is a workplace pension? A workplace pension is a way of saving for your retirement that’s arranged by your employer. A percentage of your pay is put into the pension scheme automatically every payday. In most cases, your employer also adds money into the pension scheme for you, and you get tax relief from the government. For more information visit www.gov.uk/workplace-pensions.
