ABOUT THE WORK PLACEMENT Nursing and residential care homes are often in quieter and more picturesque surroundings. The pace of life is slower too, which means you can build relationships with residents over long periods of time, thanks to continuous care.

Hospitals tend to be in busy city centres and urban areas.

They offer a fast-paced environment, longer shifts, and a wider variety of clinical challenges. Patient care is usually short-term and acute, and they usually return home after treatment.
