UNITE OKC
Prof. Andrew Moddrell Fall 2022
Unite OKC is a mixed-use development incorporating many different programmatic elements, such as a library, cafe, retail space, and a community square. There are also a variety of housing types incorporated into the project, ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to single family duplexes and townhomes. The aim of the project was to unite different ages and demographics through a variety of housing options and community focused spaces. The library serves as an anchor for the site, inviting all residents as well as the surrounding context to come together as a community through shared spaces, public amenities, and learning programs.
