Circuit Clerks meet in Eureka Springs The Arkansas Circuit Clerks Association held its summer continuing education meeting June 10-12, 2015, at the Basin Park Hotel in Eureka Springs. In addition to hearing presentations on recording documents and receiving a legislative update, the circuit clerks enjoyed dinner and a ghost tour at the Crescent Hotel. Top Left: Crawford County Circuit Clerk Sharon Blount-Baker, who also sits on the AAC Legislative Committee, won the Arkansas Traveler print given away by the Secretary of State’s office.
