• The Site is accessed via LBS Marg from West and service lane joining the link road from North.
• Site is adjoined to the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road that connects the Western Suburbs and Powai, upmarket residential neighborhood located in the North-East Mumbai
• Close proximity to Eastern Express Highway provides easy connection to South Mumbai & Thane towards North.
Hiranandani Hill
• The site gets unobstructed views towards North West and parts of South West till any future development takes place.
• Major parts of East side is occupied by low rise informal developments which further provides the view of Thane Creek.
• Important developments like the Chedi Hotel (~150 m high), Lodha Residential and commercial development (G+20 High) occupies the major parts of site towards the North side.
