Pinewood Hotel is a contemporary hotel set in five acres of grounds and nestled amongst the rural backdrop of leafy South Buckinghamshire. We have flexible spaces that are ideal for most events - whether you are celebrating a birthday party, anniversary, a christening, a prom, a wake or a private dinner, we’ve got you covered! With a variety of stylish rooms, we can host parties of all sizes from 10 to 120 guests.
With excellent transport links, Pinewood Hotel is easily accessible for events and celebrations in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. We have a committed events team that will work with you to create the event you desire. We have a selection of menus available for your event from 3-course sit down meals, finger buffets, afternoon tea and BBQ’s.

We can accommodate up to 120 guests for your event. Our Symak suite has direct access to our 5-acre grounds and located on our ground floor. The room has lots of natural light with high ceilings and a private bar.

If you wish to provide your own drinks, non-alcoholic or alcoholic, a corkage fee will be applicable. Please confirm your requirements with your event planner for rates.
Your caterers will not be able to access our kitchens or use our kitchen equipment so they will need to provide their own on our grounds.

Marquee
Should you wish to invite more guests to your event, we allow for marquee hire on our grounds.
We can cater up to 300 guests in our marquee during November - January. The cost to hire our marquee is £2000
