Manifiesto Hacer arte confiando en la intuición, ofrece la integración de la razón con lo transpersonal. Sin teorías ni razones. Me aproximo al arte con la mínima de consciencia del Yo. Me excitan las variaciones que subyacen en el uso de la forma, la línea, el color, la textura y el espacio. Utilizo la inmediatez y las cualidades de improvisación de los elementos compositivos como quien emplea el día a su favor, sin buscar excusas ni pretextos.

Mi trabajo propone una transgresión lúdica sobre la trama textual tradicional de la obra de arte, una voluntad no representativa de la supuesta realidad, sin sujeto ni dogma, desmantelando el sistema tradicional de composición, descubriendo la perspectiva dinámico-fractal de la realidad.

Recombino y construyo nuevos significados, que es el punto del que parte cualquier transformación. No favorezco ningún fragmento sobre otro, sino simplemente permito que mi consciencia fluya, promoviendo la percepción entre el contenido y lo que subyace.

Cada marca, corte, brochazo o salpicadura, contiene esta pregunta, que le traslado a usted, para que se la cuestione personalmente, mientras viaja por mi trabajo: Quién soy, sino un corte en un dedo.

Quién soy , sino un rio sin lecho.

Quién soy, sino un trecho sin guía.

Quién soy, sino un latido sin eco.

Proyecto silencios y gritos El surtidor negro trasciende el aire para depositarse en el lienzo, preparado para recibirlo de manera calculada. En el mayor de los silencios mundos, personajes, animales, bosques, trasgos y duendes se funden en las pareidolias inesperadas. Una conversación ampliada con tus percepciones y las mías.

En silencio percibimos el mundo que nos rodea. En el más total silencio el Universo nos atraviesa e impregna. Esta es una invitación a entrar a estos espacios misteriosos y personales, que no son sólo míos, sino tuyos también.

Y ya en el fondo del silencio, el grito nos recuerda que estamos vivos...o muertos.

Aimée Joaristi, pintura gestual que grita en silencio El reto visual que Aimée Joaristi ofrece, dio inicio en su adolescencia. Sin embargo, hace cuatro años cuando inició su práctica de yoga, descubrió que es durante la infancia que nos fascinamos con el creciente arsenal del ego y nos involucramos de tal manera, que creemos que es nuestra identidad. Esa ilusión se constituye en la mano de acero que nos controla. Esta fue la razón por la que Aimée consideró que su silencio interior debiera recombinarse con el grito del ego para construir nuevos significados para sí y para los demás.

Su lenguaje visual se ha desarrollado a través de la práctica continua de la pintura gestual. La técnica que utiliza para realizar estas pinturas es intrincada y espontánea, impulsiva y controlada a la vez. Después de aplicar pintura acrílica en aerosol como base, inicia un goteo enérgico sobre el lienzo, situado casi siempre en el suelo. Al finalizar esa parte del proceso, pinta con brochas, pincel y otros instrumentos, formando un grattage rítmico.

"Silencios y Gritos” descubre la fuerza de la tierra y el oscuro misterio del barroco español que pobló las paredes de su infancia en Madrid. El uso de tonos tierra y blanco puro, al que concede relieve con delicadas aplicaciones de aerosol negro y varios tonos de gris y sepias en intensidades diversas, ofrece una elegante austeridad.

Cuando comprendemos este proceso, la cohesión entre los elementos formales nos conduce a la narrativa que existe entre cada pieza, en la que podemos percibir la energía cruda de su poderoso ego, que la motiva a cuestionar y renovar todo siempre. Mientras más libre es, su ego es cada vez menos personal, esta es la voluntad que surge de su fuerza interna. Fluye de la vida misma; -”Cuando la voluntad personal se somete a la intuición, la libertad se hace cargo”-, explica. Esta energía nueva se mezcla con la anterior y una nueva manera de percepción surge como tejido de la dualidad.

Manifesto Making art relying on intuition, offers the integration of reason and the transpersonal being. No theories or reasoning. I approach to art with no plan. I feel excited with all the possibilities underlying the use of shape, line, color, texture and space.

I use the immediacy and qualities of improvisation and compositional elements seizing the instinctive opportunities with no excuses or pretexts. My artwork proposes a playful transgression of rules, a non figurative volition to turn down reality, with no subject or dogma, dismantling the traditional system of composition, discovering the dynamic-fractal view of reality.

I recombine and build diverse meanings, that are the points of departure for any transformation. I do not favor any fragment over another, I simply allow my awareness to flow, promoting the perception between content and its underlying essence. Each mark, cut, brushstroke or sprayed color, contains the next question, that I transfer to you, for you to question yourself too: Who am I but a cut in the finger Who am I but a bedless river Who am I but a path without guide Who am I but a beat with no echo

The Silences and Screams Project The black jet transcends the air to fill the canvas, its surface willing to receive the gentle flow over its white skin. In full silence, worlds, characters, animals, forests, goblins and elves come together in unexpected Pareidolia. In silence, we keep an extended conversation with your perceptions and mine.

In silence, we perceive the world around us. In silence, we can ask ourselves about the essence of these Universes. This is an invitation to enter these mysterious and personal spaces, which are not only mine, but yours.

Aimée Joaristi, gestural painting screaming silently The visual challenge Aimée Joaristi offers, began in her teens. However, four years ago when she started practicing yoga, she acknowledged that in childhood we human beings become so involved and charmed with the growing arsenal of our ego, that we unquestioningly assume it is who we are. That deceptive assumption constitutes the ego's iron grip on us. This was the reason why Aimée considered her inner silence should recombine with the screaming of ego to build new meanings to herself and to others.

That is the reason for her “Silences and Screams” series, a striking and cohesive body of work where we can sense her ability to maintain unusual observation abilities in the face of challenge.

Her visual language has developed through a sustained gestural painting practice. Her technique for making these artworks is both intricate and spontaneous. It is impulsive and controlled at the same time. After she sprays the underpainting, she starts an energetic dripping onto the canvas, usually placed face-up on the floor. After that part of the process, she paints with a brush and other instruments forming a rhythmic grattage.

"Silence and Screams” discovers the strength of the earth and the dark mystery of Spanish baroque paintings that populated her childhood and teen years in Madrid. The use of earth tones and bold white, which take relief with the blur of black spray and various shades of gray and brown in different intensities, the natural absence of color gives the whole series, a marked character of elegant austerity.

When we visually understand this process, the cohesion between the formal elements draws us into a narrative between her paintings where we can sense the raw energy of her powerful ego motivating her to renew everything. The more unrestricted she gets, the less personal her ego operates. There is more of a sense of will coming from her inner strength. This is a flow of life itself. –“When the personal will is surrendered to intuition, freedom is what takes over”-, she explains. The new energy blends with the other and a new perception is born to tap into as the fabric of all duality.

Siempre me ha interesado el juego de planos, las profundidades y la superposición de realidades. En mi adolescencia, lo representé figurativamente, a través de un tablero de ajedrez, hoy, el mismo tema y sus dobleces reaparecen en el mismo mundo de intereses creados, y el tablero de ajedrez está aquí, plano sobre plano, utilizando juegos de luz y sombra.

Retomar los temas es una constante en el proceso creativo de un artista visual.

It has always interested me the set of planes, depths and overlapping realities. In my teen years, I represented that figuratively, through a chessboard. Now, the same motif unfolds and reappears in the world of vested interests, and the chessboard is here again through lighting effects and shadow. To revisit motifs is a constant in the creative process of a visual artist.
