About tertiary level, on average across OECD countries, in EAG 2006 25 % of the adult population (aged 25 to 64) has attained a tertiary education, in EAG 2007 26 % of the adult population (aged 25 to 64) has attained a tertiary education, in EAG 2008 and in EAG 2009 27 % of the adult population (aged 25 to 64) has attained a tertiary education (see Table A1.1a). In Italy, in EAG 2006 11 % of the adult population (aged 25 to 64) has attained a tertiary education, in EAG 2007 and in EAG 2008 13 % of the adult population (aged 25 to 64) has attained a tertiary education, and in EAG 2009 14 % of the adult population (aged 25 to 64) has attained a tertiary education (see Table A1.1a).
