“I’m extremely organized because I came from a company with a focus on communication and organization,” he said. “That transfers well into roofing. I’ve found that lack of communication and disorganization cost roofing sales reps time and money. And customers can be failed in many ways because of it. I was raised to treat people with kindness. Life can be hard, and you never know what someone’s going through. My parents taught me to do the right thing, when you know what the right thing is. Organization, open-communication, kindness, and integrity are at the core of all we do. It’s a simple but powerful way to relate to our roofing customers.”
