HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF?

I would describe myself as eager to learn; something that remains true today. I love learning new things. Getting the details about new products and services we can use to help customers reach their financial goals is always a highlight. I was also eager to learn from my managers and associates in different roles. I knew it was important to expand my knowledge and that doing so would expand my options for career growth with Arvest.

DAY WITH...

I always start my day with being thankful and appreciative of the new day. Then, I prepare for the day by reviewing important tasks I want to accomplish, both personally and professionally.

“I am most proud of leading the expansion of consumer lending training. When I started 6 ½ years ago, the lending team consisted of approximately 20 lenders and five assistants. Now the team includes approximately 150 trained associates within different departments.”
