Students are expected to:
90% attendance and punctuality
Sign in/out via Aquinas App
Respect people, property, and safety rules
Submit work on time
No misconduct (e g plagiarism, drugs, harassment)
Qualification Completion
To receive full qualification, students must:
Complete all Logbook and Skills Journal tasks
Submit all work on time, including any required resubmissions
Receive satisfactory performance reviews from the workplace supervisor
Maintain 90% attendance across the program
Follow all conduct and behavioural expectations
Attendance
Sign in/out via Aquinas App
Approved absences: Camps, retreats, PSA sport, medical with certificate
Unapproved absences: Holidays, socials, driving lessons, late/unauthorised leave
Behaviour Points System
5 points/year for incidents (1 incident = 1 point)
5 points = possible course removal or alternate learning
No refunds after 5 weeks tutoring fees may apply
Sanctions for Incomplete Work
Notice of Concern issued for missed or late submissions
Behaviour Report Card for repeated breaches
Loss of Good Standing, affecting privileges like driving and sports representation
Removal from the program may occur if expectations are not met, as determined by the Director of VET and Director of myFUTURE
Policy Compliance
All breaches are managed under Aquinas College’s Senior School Code of Conduct and Good Standing Procedures
