Qualification Completion

To receive full qualification, students must:

Submit trainer + Director of VET sign-off sheet

Attendance

uniREADY runs through exam breaks unless advised

If no VET class, attend regular Aquinas classes or supervised study

Use the ‘Absent from VET’ Form for all absences

Behaviour Points System

5 points/year for incidents (1 incident = 1 point)

5 points = possible course removal or alternate learning

No refunds after 5 weeks tutoring fees may apply

Unacceptable Behaviour:

Disruption or disrespect

Unsafe, abusive, or offensive conduct

Misuse of phones, apps, or recordings

Inappropriate digital communication

Unapproved headphones/music

Consequences:

1st: Notice of concern

Multiple/day: Timeout or detention

Repeated: Saturday detention + loss of good standing’

Sanctions for Incomplete Work

If work is late without valid reason:

Verbal/written warning

Notice of concern (to student + parent)
