Project 1: Diagraming Nexus Diagraming Nexus was a project that involved teaming up with two other classmates to create a diagram showing the similarities and differences between all members. Through this project, I was able to make my ďŹ rst friends of college.
Project 2: Topological Transformations This project challenged us to make four models of an unusual shaped object. I chose my shoe. The criteria of this project includes four total models (3 cardboard, 1 material of my choosing), and six accurate, detailed drawings. I believe this project helped me develop better skills in model making, which would help me later in the semester.
Project 3: Visual Hierarchy For the Visual Hierarchy project, we had to create a three dimensional object from a two dimensional painting by Mondrian. Through a lot of diagrams and drawings, I came up with the concept of having every side of my object being its own Mondrian painting.

Project 4: Creating Pattern, Color, Texture This project focused on experimenting with patterns, colors, and textures and how they relate and interact with each other.
Project 5: Making Place Project 5: Making Place was one of my favorite projects. We were given an invisible city passage to read by Italo Calvino. From there, we had to create an 18�x18� model using cubes and cylinders from earlier in the semester. I believe this project enhanced my craft even more as well as my drawing skills.

Project 6: Embassy of Space Project 5 and Project 6 go hand in hand. Embassy of Space is a addition onto Project 5. Diving deeper into the concepts and principles of Project 5, we had to come up with a space with an interior and exterior where people could interact. I found that my main concept from Project 5 was solid and void. Through many drawings and models, I came up with a monument that represented solid and void.

Project 01: Significant Artist Jack Tarbox and I had to research famous outdoor designer, Michael Heizer
Project 02: Crafting Cubes and Cylinders This project lasted through the ďŹ rst half of the semester. This project developed the early skills to being an architect. Every week it involved improving craft, drawings, and photos.
