The three pillars on which Motherhood Club stands tall. All our conversations and social drives are around these themes
Brushing: Dentist recommend a child-size toothbrush with soft bristles. Use a pea-size amount of fluoride toothpaste with cavity protection that is also gentle on enamel, and spit out the remaining toothpaste when finished brushing.
Children under 2 years should consult a dentist prior to use of fluoride toothpaste. Brush at least twice a day, morning and bedtime, for about 2 minutes each time.
Flossing: Helps remove plaque between teeth and below the gum line, and also helps prevent gingivitis, an early form of gum disease. Children should floss as soon as their teeth begin to touch. Until about age 8, most children need parents' help because they don't have the dexterity to floss. A plastic-handled 'flosser' can make it easier. Floss regularly.
Rinsing: An antimicrobial rinse can kill germs that cause plaque, gingivitis and bad breath. Rinsing for 30 seconds, twice a day, can kill more plaque than brushing. Children 6-12 years of age can use a rinse with adult supervision. Always read and follow the directions for the mouthrinse that you use. After rinsing, spit the rinse in the sink (don't swallow it). Rinse should be used in conjunction with brushing and flossing. A fluoride rinse can help strengthen teeth and prevent cavities.
* Don't use someone else's toothbrush. You can transfer germs, bacteria, and disease through microscopic cuts in your mouth.
* Wait for atleast 45 minutes after eating acidic foods or drinks before brushing, to prevent erosion of tooth decay.
* Do not skip brushing your teeth - skipping out on this vital practice can cause tooth decay.
* Do not swallow toothpaste or mouthwash. They contain chemicals that are toxic if you swallow them.
* Rinse your toothbrush. Hold your toothbrush under running water for a few seconds to remove any bacteria from the brush. If you don't rinse the tooth brush properly, you can actually introduce old bacteria into your mouth the next time you use it.
* Encourage fruits, salads, water sipping in between meals, discourage sugar based products and juices and decreasing additional sugar in food or drinks and fatty foods.
* Every six months assessment with Dentist be done and Fluoride Application after 3 years of age.
* Special need Children should use powered brushes and mouthwashes for cleaning teeth.
Sahaja yog meditation is founded by Dr Nirmala Shrivastva ,she started this meditation on 5th May 1970. As per her highness this meditation is based on Kundalini awakening. This Kundalini resides in the sacrum bone at the base of spinal cord. When Kundalini awakens it passes through our chakras, which are situated in our spinal cord....
This meditation is totally based on autonomous nervous system. Left sympathetic, right sympathetic and para sympathetic nervous system. As per spirituality left sympathetic represents Ida nadi i.e chandra nadi. Right sympathetic represents pingla nadi I.e surya nadi and in the middle para sympathetic which denotes sushmuma nadi I.e Brahm nadi.
If there is any imbalance in our left or right sympathetic nervous system, it affects our health. Left channel is our past, right channel is our future and present is represented by our middle channel. Spirituality suggests us to live on middle path for balanced life
If our left system is imbalanced, we are caught up with so many pshycho somatic diseases like depression,Alzaimer, low bp dimenshia etc... Due to imbalance in right channel, we get disease like sugar, high bp,heart disease Asthma etc
Sahaja yog meditation brings balance through Kundalini awakening. If we mediate regularly, we can feel our inner state on our palms. By using sahaja yog meditation improvement can be seen in our health and our social status starts from very first day.
Each chakra represents energy center. Through this meditation our chakras get balanced, and our energy level enhances. At the base we have first chakara Mooladhar which is related with our sexual and rectal organs. Second is swadishthan chakra related to our pancreas, kidney etc.Third is nabhi chakra related our naval cavity. Fourth one is anahad chakra represents our heart and lungs. Fifth is vishudhhi related to throat. It represents ENT. Sixth one is agya chakra related to optical area and brain part offcourse..Seventh one is sahatrara chakra with 1000 petals ... All chakras back are situated here on top of the head ie lymbic area. Through sahaja yog meditation we get thoughtless awareness, which gives great t f ti i day-today life.
So do meditate with Sahaja Yog for happy and joyous life.
Poonam SaxenaWell, this body type generally is associated with being curvier at the bottom with no waist line. The shoulders, busts, hips and thighs are fuller and curvier. Such body figures generally have relatively heavier busts than other body types. What to wear on an apple shaped body ?Avoid wearing clothes that highlight your torso if you have an apple shaped body. Rather opt for outfits that add vertical integrity to your body with features such as V-neckline or keyhole neckline. Jackets or other kinds of layering shall serve your purpose of covering any extra curves that you are trying to hide. If you wish to wear a lehnga then pair it with a long jacket. Do not wear tight ,skinny pants. You may wear salwars with kurtas, and anarkalis too.
Who doesn't wish for an Hour glass figure?
You can consider yourself to have an hourglass body figure if your bust and hips measure almost the same. Also, in such body figures, the body looks curvier and you will have a well defined waist line.
What to wear on an hourglass shaped body?
Fitted outfits are perfect for hourglass shaped body . Most outfits on an hourglass figure seem flattering. You can wear a peplum top, wrap around top/dress, V neckline, high waisted skinny or bell bottom jeans, etc,.Flared palazzos or pants with noodle strap tops ....
Strawberry body type (Inverted triangle shaped)
Strawberry body or more commonly knows as an inverted triangle is quite opposite to that of a pear shaped body type. Women with this kind of body shape tend to have heavier and broader shoulder line. While their hips and waistline seem to be comparitively leaner. Such body type resembles the shape of the alphabet "V", with little to almost no defined waistline.
What to wear on an inverted triangle shaped body?
Ladies with this particular body type swear by dresses that add vertical integrity. One can create such illusion by opting for vertical stripes or with various necklines such as halter, V-neck or scoop neckline. I would suggest you to wear outfits that accentuate your hipline with designs that include a wrap or a peplum feature. Don't wear layered clothing , go for darker shades. Halter back tops and blouses look perfect on such body types. It's high time to break the stereotype and appreciate your body irrelevant of the shape and size. You are beautiful as you are , just build up the confidence within you . As important as understanding your body type may be, it is just as important for you to accept & embrace it.

1. CAPITAL GAINS ACCOUNT SCHEME (CGAS) allows individuals to save Income Tax on long-term capital gains .The scheme started in 1988, and the account can be opened in any bank notified by government.
2. At times, the taxpayer is unable to re-invest the Capital Gains or Proceeds of Sale of Capital Assets, in modes and in the manner as specified before the specified due date of filing of return of income or before the expiry of specified time limit to re-invest. 'Becoming' in simple terms is about 'transformation'. It is a forward motion, a means of evolving, a way to reach continuously, toward a better self.
The book is the memoir of Michelle Obama former First Lady of the United States (2009-2017), and gives a glimpse into how much work it takes to be successful, and the struggles along the way.
She has divided the book into three parts, each portraying different stages of her lifeBecoming Me ; Becoming Us ; Becoming More.
Synopsis:
'Becoming Me' gives an insight into her childhood, her growing up years and the role of parents in formative years. In the second, 'Becoming Us' part, she explores her student life, meeting her future husband Barack Obama and the courtship period in understanding each other, better. In the third 'Becoming More' part, she describes her life in politics, working strategically to establish her own identity and not just a ceremonial figure to the President's entourage. She has unfolded various facets of womanhood in all its dimensions.
Why should one read the book !
The author has thoughtfully presented her journey as a commoner and as the First Lady with utmost honesty, in a engrossing way. She has successfully explored, that it is not wise to follow the footsteps, rather one should left her own imprint. And that makes the book highly inspiring for everyone. To quote her from the book - "Success is not about how your life looks to others. It is about how it feels to you. We realised that being successful isn't about being impressive, it is about being inspiring."
I would recommend the book to be read by all, as a study on womanhood.
Failure is an important part of your growth and developing resilience. Don't be afraid to fail.
When someone is cruel or acts like a bully, you need not stoop to their level. Our motto should be, 'when they go low, we go high ' .
Successisn'tabouthowmuch moneyyoumake,itisaboutthe differenceyoumakeinpeople's life.
“You will never become successful in your life.”
“You don’t even know how to speak to elders.”
“You can’t do anything right.”
Parents, have you ever thought, what is the impact of your words being bombarded daily on your child?
“Nobody loves me ”
“I am bad at all things ” “I can never be good for my parents.”
“I am useless.”
Your child’s brain is storing these words and creating these feelings which get deep rooted into their CORE. Your child is very naïve, sensitive and vulnerable. They trust almost everyone and believe everything they hear is true. So, all these words they hear from you impact and weaken their core.
Constant criticism and finding faults in your child is the biggest reason for drift in a parent - child bond.
In the process of getting your child prepared for the future, you constantly keep correcting them. When they repeat the same mistakes or don’t listen, you criticise, taunt, compare them and sometimes even beat them. This slowly becomes your way of talking to them.
What you don’t realise is, slowly, your child’s self-esteem is getting hit every day. They lose trust and belief in themselves. They feel, if my parents, who always believed in me and my capabilities, now think I am worthless, then it is 100% true
Their pillars of support, trust and belief shatter and your child goes from having “low self-esteem to no self-esteem.” So, they don’t study at all, hide their sadness in their anger, act out and you call them rebellious.
**If this problem is not solved, 10 years later, it will become an “Unsolvable” problem and the reality of your child’s life.
Now, that you know the problem, you can find the solution easily. Wait! before you immediately go and start advising your child, check whether you are actually following your own advice your life? Remember your child is constantly observing and duplicating every behaviour of yours.
You have the biggest opportunity to “Lead your child by example”!
Don’t lecture them, instead teach them by doing it yourself. Show them how you handle stress, failure, success, fights, achievements, etc This can be done only by you living every moment based on your values. Instead of any celebrity, you to continue being their role model always.
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!
That’s the language of your heart With this YOU strengthen your child’s self-esteem YOU create the unwavering faith and trust in yourself towards your child, just like your child has for you.
Parenting is not super easy, but it’s 100% worth it!!

There is a difference between what you desire and what you manifest in life. This difference is identical to Attachment (मोह) & Love ( म).
Attachment is a Boundation, well on the contrary Love is deeper and wider in all terms. We have often heard that let your loved one go or set them free, if they truly love you, they will become back to you. But you have to understand the conceptual difference between attachment and love. Attachment gives you pain, Expectations and frustration. But true love will give you peace, completeness and joy, whether you get it in return or not.
Similarly having only desires wiithout manifestation will leave you frustrated and tired. Dreaming is not bad, but not working enough to achieve that is bad and causes trauma.
Don't just desire something, aim to manifest it, believe in yourself, believe in the universal magical energy, work hard and work in the Right direction, in the right manner to have iI all.

Now this is a really old saying and believe it or not, we use it quite often in our lives. Just like we should not judge a book by its cover, how is it that we focus so much on making a first good impression? So many times we see people going beyond their means to create a favorable first impression! From changing the layout of their house to transforming themselves, everything is done to create first impressions on others. First impressions are tricky No matter how well you prepare, they surprise you They are unpredictable First impressions can be misunderstood They can be taken for granted First impressions can be rehearsed, they can also be impromptu and moody First impressions are impressions that can either be judged ruthlessly or ignored blindly. However, they are not threatening, they are just ways in which a human behaves socially. Let me share this incident with you which happened about 25 years back to reiterate the folly of first impressions!
I was on- board the Paschim express from Delhi to Mumbai. Among the passengers traveling with me, were a father probably middle aged and his 17–18-year-old son. The latter had a striking face, twinkling eyes and an infectious laugh! It seemed that he was very happy with the world Also travelling was a 30 ish young man who had a bourgeois air about him He was clearly not very comfortable sitting in our midst! His displeasure and irritation was writ large on his face Suddenly the train started moving and everyone settled down The father and son duo had got the window seat and the " bourgeois " fellow was in the middle berth. As the train picked up speed and left the city limits, the buildings and concrete structures gave way to greener vistas . " Papa, look the trees are running with us " , said the 17 year old joyfully. His proud father was beaming. Then again the boy shouted, " look pa , the orange orb of the sun looks so majestic against the pale pink sky" and " look how many colours are there in the sunset sky " ..Each comment irked the bourgeois but added to the pride and happiness of the father The son then loudly exclaimed, " Papa , look the clouds are racing with us they look like cotton balls being swept by the wind " The bourgeois finally overcame his hesitation and advised the father, " Sir, it seems your son is in need of a good doctor" The father replied calmly, " Sir, he was in need of a good doctor He was born blind and has just had a successful eye surgery. We are just returning home". The bourgeois was stupefied and did not open his mouth again for the entire journey. The incident taught me to be non judgmental and not assume things about anyone. Let us give everyone a chance without forming preconceived notions about them.
