This selection exhibits a stout, sturdy habit and numerous white, fully double pompon-like flowers. The center of each bloom begins leaf green and changes to light lime green as it ages. ECHINACEA ‘MILKSHAKE’ PP 20594 This could be the best double white echinacea for the mid-border. Milkshake is “regular" sized. Blooms are held high on strong, sturdy stems and they do not age until fall. It’s as if they are fake flowers. The plant is also very sturdy and strong. Each mature plant holds 40–50 blooms (the same ones since early June…) high with great confidence and no sign of flopping. ECHINACEA ‘RASPBERRY TRUFFLE’ PP 22612 This beautiful selection is short and stout, making it the perfect companion for summer perennials. The soft, yet saturated salmoney-pink bloom color is long lasting and fades to a coral pink as it ages. The ray flowers are deep salmon in color, and the cone or center of the bloom begins chocolate brown and unfurls to reveal a very double, button top in the same color as the ray petals as it matures.
