Retirement Plan

Paid Vacation*

Your choice of two medical plans currently offered through Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield

Plan is offered through TIAA-CREF with a generous employer contribution averaging 6% of salary for the past seven years, in addition to matching contributions.

Two weeks (for employees who work an approved, normal schedule of at least 30 hours per week).

Effective 1st of the month after completing three full months of employment; the employee shares in the cost of this benefit.

Tax Shelter Annuities (403B)

Dental Insurance Your choice of two dental plans currently offered through Aetna Effective 1st of the month after completing six full months of employment; the employee shares in the cost of this benefit.

Life Insurance 1 x annual salary; paid by Anderson Center (up to $50,000).

Optional Life Insurance Available for self and family members through payroll deduction.

Health Reimbursement Account Allstate Optional Supplemental Insurance Various supplemental insurances plans are available based on individual choice; paid by employee.

Learn & Earn Program Direct Support Staff education incentive program.

Education Reimbursement Program $100.00 a credit - undergraduate $150.00 a credit - graduate

(up to six credits a course, four courses per year).

6 Paid Sick Days 10 Paid Holidays* New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4 th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day plus a floating holiday if employed on January 1st .
