Члени журі зобов'язані зберігати конфіденційність щодо процесу оцінки та думок інших членів журі. Члени журі зобов'язані оцінювати кокнурсні подання об'єктивно та поважати правила конкурсу. На відкритті засідання журі всі члени журі мають заявити, що вони не бачили і не брали участі в розробці жодного із конкурсних подань до цього засідання. У випадку, коли член журі, який має знання про певне конкурсне подання, він має вийти з журі. Альтернативний член журі замінить його / її.
Jury members are bound to confidentiality regarding the jury proceedings and the opinions of other members. Jury members are obliged to judge objectively and to respect the regulations of the competition. At the opening session, all jurors shall declare that they have not seen nor been involved in any of the projects before the meeting. In the case of a juror having knowledge of an entry, he/she must withdraw from the jury. The alternate jury member will replace him/her.
Професійний радник та / або Технічний комітет мають виключити будь-яке конкурсне подання, яке надійшло після закінчення термінів приймання конкурсних подань або яке порушує принцип анонімності перед тим, як журі розгляне конкурсні подання. Журі має виключати будь-який матеріал, який не вимагається правилами конкурсу, до того, як конкурсне подання буде розглянуто журі та будьяке конкурсне подання, яке вважається неповним. 44
The Professional Adviser and/or the Technical Committee should exclude any entry, which arrives after the deadlines for reception of submissions or which violates the principle of anonymity before the jury examines the competition entries. The jury should exclude any material not required under the regulations before it examines the entry and any entry considered incomplete. 44
Журі має дискваліфікувати будь-яке конкурсне подання, яке не відповідає обов'язковим вимогам чи правилам конкурсу 45. Конкурсне подання не може отримати премію, якщо воно суттєво відхиляється від умов, зазначених у конкурсі. Такі конкурсні подання можуть бути нагороджені спеціальними почесними грамотами у вигляді почесних згадок, якщо журі вважає їх заслуговуваними.
The jury shall disqualify any entry that does not conform to the mandatory requirements or regulations of the competitions.45 A competition entry should not receive a prize if it deviates substantially from the terms specified in the competition. Such entry projects may be awarded special commendations in form of honorary mention, if the jury finds them noteworthy.
