This project was conducted to introduce and empower young male and female designers, those who are interested in this field and owners of small projects to enter this field and delve into the future of fashion in line with the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and within a stimulating and supportive environment. also looking forward to establishing a center to treat weaknesses in the Saudi fashion sector, regarding shaping knowledge and the educational system and establishing a sustainable, interactive cultural environment that nurtures creativity and attracts investments to develop a local manufacturing system in the field of fashion .

Gunella is a skirt from Hejazi accent , the origin of the word is Italian which is always been known for its meticulous craftsmanship and luxury materials , Also because of its association with both genders, and it is linked to our traditional costumes .

On the other hand, it is a Swedish girl's name meaning that she is an accurate person and enjoys working in a methodical and detailed manner

The areas on the ground floor represent the largest category according to the theory of concept , which is the community for that public area will locate there, such as exhibition, retail store, and also places of performances like runways .

The areas on the first floor are more specific and private. They are directed to those interested in studying and developing for that there will be workshops, material library, and general services areas to the beneficiaries .
