Talks and acquisition of good speakers will be a priority for the said events, these will inspire the participants. This is an attempt to bring back math to the project b. Goal: math appreciation 2. Improving the pools of MathApp a. Provide seminars and workshops for different pool members to enhance their skills and yield better outputs. b. CMJ and research pools shall be combined to form a single, more efficient pool. 3. ICs and Snackouts a. To create an avenue for member formation and involvement b. Strengthen the bond of math enthusiasts alike c. These shall be held on a regular basis d. ICs are held twice a month. These are held to make the members feel at home. 2. How will you promote math appreciation within the current situation of academic standings? a. Marc: Initiate efforts for students to make them realize the applications of math b. I’m a project head and an ExeCom member. This org has given me so much. 2. Platform: 1. Reinforce the vision and core competencies in all its projects and activities. Awareness must become action. AMS builds a community of math enthusiasts. Math must be a tool for service in the greater society. 2. Improve and restructure the projects and internal processes of the departments and projects. A specialized project management must be done for all activities. 3. Empower the members and sustain an efficient and effective ExeCom. This will focus on department and pool member relations. Form bonds within project core teams and dept. pool. Guide, facilitate and assist ExeCom. 3. Incumbent Officer’s Question: 1. What are the values will you uphold for yourself and for the Execom? a. Explain the Party Name, Vision and how you want to proceed in AMS: Vector has magnitude and direction. Through improving project management, the party wishes to realign the passion for mathematics and for member relations.
