RABAT MIXED USED TOWERS

Introduction
The design of «Rabat Mixed used towers» is an exploration of vertical urbanism and offers a new solution for high density urban mixed use in Africa. With its dynamic and unique mix of programs combining shops, offices, a museum, hotels and entertainment venues, RMUt creates an urban oasis that is both sensitive and culturally significant for the city of Rabat.
The “Rabat Mixed used towers” project aims to activate the city and improve the quality of life. It aims to infiltrate culture, dynamism and verdant landscape into the daily life of residents, creating a landmark of urban culture and achieving a poetic active lifestyle integrated into its surroundings.
Rooted in the city’s history and paving the way for its future, the project offers spatial quality, formally composed beauty, programmatic opportunity, and natural porosity and permeability from a holistic perspective in high density development. Combining modernity and contextual humility attributable to Rabat, RMUt is fast becoming an emblematic monument of the city and a destination of choice for living, working and visiting.
The project takes its starting point from the Old HMF destroyed, a historical potential which should be highlighted for the benefit of the community.

Visual breakthrough
Rotation and alignment with the «Ibrahim Roudani» axis thus creating an interesting visual breakthrough by positioning the building between the city and the sea.

Main Blocks
Upward extrusions
Extrusion of the three blocks and transformation into attractive elements at various scales, city scale, neighborhood scale and human scale.
Articulation of the built mass and integration between architecture and landscape thus offering new spaces to discover.
Formation of green terraces which develop in height thus creating a new dynamic for the skyline of the coast of Rabat.
In the center, common terraces are developed which link the three main blocks and which provide an interesting and necessary dynamic.
RMUt, a mixed vertical community associated with three-dimensional spatial experience that showcases itself and highlights its neighborhood and city.

RABAT GREEN LUNGS

Introduction
Rabat Green lungs will be the long-planned leap in the city of Rabat and across its coastline, where the capital seizes the unique opportunity to expand into the city’s coastal areas.
On a large scale, the development will link the city center to the west of Rabat, but this development also has special significance as a landscape axis of the Rabat coast.
We saw the need for a new approach to planning for the 21st century that would solve the most complex urban development challenges of today. The program builds on the current presentation and identity of the site by taking streets, buildings and characteristic objects of the neighborhood as starting points, a new layer is added to the neighborhood.
The main objective is to develop RGL as a productive district following a new ideal of the city, in which work and life merge after decades of separation of functions. The productive district is innovative, like a living laboratory that pays renewed attention to the manufacturing economy - stimulated by the transition to a circular economy.
Plot
Dilapidated area and military wasteland
Connexion to the city
A fully accessible road network optimizes the porosity of the site by supplementing the existing road network linking major roads and providing connections to neighboring neighborhoods and across the site.
Connexion to the tramway
The tram line is diverted in order to penetrate the center of the project thus allowing North-South connectivity and creates a major link with the city of Rabat through the logistics network.

Built Blocks
The subdivision of the blocks aims to offer a great diversity of functions with dynamism in terms of size, height, depth of facades, thus creating a unique collection of urban blocks

The planning principle of the plan is a curved public meander connecting the urban district to the waterfront, the layout varies in size and character along its length connecting the two primary parts of the projects.

Rabat Green lungs offers a very dynamic community while connecting the project to the city and to the coast. It offers a great diversity of commercial functions and housing, thus allowing it to be an autonomous district capable of standing out.

Introduction
The proposed architectural project is an airport located in the city of Tetouan, Morocco, inspired by the designs of renowned architect Zaha Hadid. The primary goal of this project is to create an iconic and visually striking building that serves as a gateway to the city and reflects its cultural heritage and modern aspirations.
The style of the airport is fluid, featuring smooth curves and sweeping lines that create an organic and dynamic appearance. The design incorporates a combination of traditional Moroccan motifs and contemporary elements, resulting in a unique and sophisticated aesthetic. The building’s exterior is characterized by its flowing lines and sculptural forms, which create a sense of movement and energy.
The purpose of the airport is to provide a modern and efficient transportation hub for both domestic and international travelers. The facility will feature state-of-the-art amenities, including spacious terminals, restaurants, retail shops, lounges, and parking facilities. Additionally, the airport will serve as a hub for business and tourism, facilitating the economic development of the region.
Overall, this airport project represents a significant investment in the future of Tetouan, providing a world-class transportation facility that embodies the city’s rich cultural heritage and modern aspirations. With its striking design, efficient layout, and sustainable features, this airport is poised to become an iconic landmark for the region and a symbol of progress and innovation.

Introduction
Located on a privileged corner plot facing the Marina and the Bouregreg Valley, this urban hotel serves as a gateway to the Moroccan capital, echoing and paying homage to the nearby Hassan Tower. A majestic lobby welcomes visitors, marking the transition between the two volumes of the project. Visitors enter a sculpted space, a void created by the two wings of the program.
The hotel features 100 rooms and suites, as well as a range of facilities for a wider audience and the necessary services of a true «business hotel»: meeting rooms, an auditorium, reception and meeting spaces, offices, as well as several restaurants, tea rooms, and a panoramic terrace. Each of these functions, revealed on the facade, enlivens the street landscape and expresses the rich programmatic diversity of the project within the refined rigor of the framework.

Introduction
The architectural concept of the project is inspired first of all by the surrounding site and the history of the city of Agadir, both for its ancestral architecture and for its modern architecture following the reconstruction after the earthquake.
Thus, the building of the Amazigh Heritage Museum aims to reflect this cubic architecture in raw concrete, allowing dialogue with the buildings surroundings and the Wall of Remembrance leaning against the site.
The Wall of Remembrance is an element principal in the site, and therefore in our project. Thus, a juxtaposition of forms but also materials (concrete raw) makes it possible to highlight the existing wall, and make it a component of the project.
In order to highlight the museum andits main access, part of the parallelepiped has been unhooked, thus making it possible to create an element signal while continuing to dial with the Wall of Remembrance. This space therefore becomes a partial cover of the entrance forecourt.
The Kasbahs, by their situation in mountainous region, but also by their cubic shapes at variables heights , were an element of conceptual inspiration. The heights therefore vary according to the interior function of space.

Introduction
The project is located in the new neighborhood of Hay Essalam in Bouznika. This public facility dedicated to education and training is intended to become a major landmark in this neighborhood, a central and supportive place for the population. Positioned at a strategic angle, the project is a sculptural white cube, a pure and iconic volume, integrating into the architecture of the neighborhood. The monolithic exterior contrasts with an open and bright interior, thanks to a central street that runs through the project and offers distant views. A subtle interplay of moucharabieh and sunbreakers ensures the privacy and tranquility required for a learning center in the city center.
The new project is situated in the emerging neighborhood of Hay Essalam in Bouznika, with the aim of becoming a prominent and supportive landmark for the local population. Positioned strategically, the project’s iconic white cube design integrates seamlessly with the surrounding architecture, contrasting the monolithic exterior with an open and luminous interior, complete with a central street that offers unobstructed views. The clever use of moucharabieh and sunbreakers provides the necessary privacy and quiet ambiance required for an urban learning center, making it a notable addition to the community.
