CLIENT Elements to Grow is an educational group founded by two female entrepreneurs with impressive degrees in education, counseling and psychology. They offer innovative tools to help children and parents develop positive life long habits.

VISION Like plants, children require proper “elements to grow” to find passion in continuous learning.

Design Challenge: To develop a playful, youthful brand for both child and parent audiences that captures a journey from infancy to maturity.

Design Solution: This logo acts as both flower and butterfly.

Coupled with playful letterforms and a bright palette, we encourage families to blossom and spread their wings.

CONNECTION Elements to Grow connected to numerous families which inspired the founders to “branch” into a new venture. We created a clothing line, “Oli & Ari” on Etsy to enourage children to explore and pursue their passions.

CLIENT Oli & Ari is a children’s clothing line founded by three mothers with professional experience in education, counseling and psychology. Their devotion to nurture children and empower parents inspires families to explore and grow.

VISION The mission of Oli & Ari is to give all children a way to express their passions and foster their interests.

Design Challenge: To develop a series of youthful graphics that are consistent in style yet unique to a variety of careers.

The style must appeal to children ranging from infancy to pre-teen.

Design Solution: We developed a consistent layout that allowed us to strike a balance between imagery and text.

Individual passions are represented through the integration of playful, custom illustrations and lettering.

CONNECTION Oli & Ari invites families to explore their passions. This encourages supportive relationships which strengthens the connections between guardians and their children.

CLIENT Wholly Holy Granoly stems from the group A Taste for Life, founded by Rebecca Santilli, a certified health coach, lifestylist and tastemaker.

VISION To keep life juicy and fun through good taste in style and nutrition. Healthy doesn’t have to be boring!

Design Challenge: To find a balance between something that is wholesome, healthy and pure with elements of play, wit and humor.

Design Solution: We incorporated a citrus inspired palette with modern styled typography and figgin’ clever names for a wholesome yet playful feel. (I wish I could take credit for those oh-riginal flavor names but those were all my vivacious client.) The shape of citrus slices inspired the wave pattern that was applied to our packaging labels.

CONNECTION This product certainly connected with my tastebuds and belly on numerous occasions. It delighted other consumers across Long Island communities as well.

CLIENT The Honey Bee, presented by New Leaf, is a charming mobile plant shop launched by an innovative horticultural specialist. It provides contactless delivery for DIY gardening and fosters a connection to nature in the comfort of your own home.

VISION To merge the wonder of a garden shop with the convenience and accessability of home delivery.

Design Challenge: To evoke transportation through nature.

Design Solution: Through custom typography and illustration, we blended organic curves and wheels into our title. The honeycomb flower pattern was developed as a transitional design element to unify text with imagery and add texture.
