• Tie-outs will be first come, first serve.

• Stalls in the barns and tie-outs will be pre-bedded. The bedding provided is shown in the bedding photo above.
• Two different stall fronts will be used in the barns. Once stalling assignments are complete, we will let everyone know what type of stall front they will stall to.
• The AJMAA & AJCA will provide stall pedigree signs for each entry checked in. States do not need to do their own. Each exhibitor will receive a stall sign for each animal they bring at check-in.
• Stall Requests Must be submitted through the online entry. Stall requests not submitted through your entry will not be guaranteed.
• Generators are NOT allowed in the tie-outs to avoid fire and safety issues.
• Permanent panels are set for tie-outs. Exhibitors MAY NOT tie to their trailer.
• Pens are not allowed in Tie-Outs, except for cow-calf pairs. Cow/calf pair exhibitors must bring their panels for their 10 X 10 pen. Pens will be in a designated area.
• A parking pass is required for entry in the Kentucky Expo Center. Parking passes will be $20 and they’re good for the week.
• If you do not purchase a parking pass, it is $20/day. Friday & Saturday parking passes will be waived for move in.

You must have a birthday AFTER JANUARY 1, 2003 to be eligible for the 2025 show.
Show shirts are provided and required to be worn for showmanship and cattle shows. Sullivan Supply is the sponsor for the showmanship shirt. Exhibitor packets can be picked up at the show office starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 21st. Must be picked up before check-in. These will contain your contestant number for contests, back numbers and t-shirts. PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR PACKET.
Speech, Salesmanship, Quiz Bowl & Team Fitting sign up will be at check in. If you are in need of a team for Quiz Bowl & Team Fitting, please be at the check-in area at 4 p.m. and we will help you find one. Showmanship sign up for each breed was on the entry site. Everyone is automatically entered in livestock judging. Livestock judging scantrons will be handed out to participants by their state advisor. If a state does not have a state advisor, AJMAA & AJCA staff will disperse. Check the AJMAA & AJCA Facebook pages and websites for current contest lists, rules and helpful information.
A banquet meal is not provided at the awards ceremony. Light snacks and refreshments will be available.
Golf carts & ATVs are allowed. A Golf Cart/UTV Permit is $250. If you are bringing or renting a golf cart, you must have this permit. Golf carts/UTVs can only be driven by a person with a valid driver’s license, and each cart must have its own insurance policy. Proof of insurance must be emailed to Lindsey@amaapc.com by June 15th.

Keep electrical boxes clear. NO feed, hay or show boxes are allowed in front of electrical boxes, including electrical outlets on the outside walls, as per Fire Marshall.
GENERATORS ARE ENCOURAGED and will be allowed only outside the barns. Generators may be needed for the fitting contest.

Any state wanting to participate will bring an item or basket with the theme of their choice. These items will be part of the annual silent auction. Half of the proceeds for each item will be donated back to the state association it belongs to. The other half of the proceeds will be given towards the 2026 National Junior MaineAnjou Show.
Walton Webcasting provides A live broadcast on all show days (including showmanship). Shows are available through their website, waltonwebcasting.com. Trans Ova Genetics sponsors the webcast.
A complimentary meal is provided for everyone on Sunday, June 22nd at 7:30 p.m., following the opening ceremonies and is sponsored by Ohio, Indiana, Texas Maine-Anjou & Chianina Associations, the Kentucky Department of Ag, Muir Cattle & Graze On catering. Concession stands & food trucks will be available at the facility. Concession stands will be open as long as they’re getting business.

Each state is encouraged to participate in the community service project. This year, we will collect school supplies for CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children. CASA suggests the following items - filler paper, spiral notebooks, glue sticks, crayons, markers, pencil pouches, pencils, erasers, and folders.

There is a feed store on grounds that has limited hay and bedding options. Pre-orders will be available through Feeders Supply.
Littles activities will be held Sunday, Monday and Tuesday in the West Hall, Room 1. The Littles program is sponsored by Trans Ova Genetics.
Specific information is listed on the full schedule. Activities will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
There will be a brief meeting on Saturday, June 21st at 6 p.m. for new exhibitors to attend in the West Hall. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the week ahead and make connections to help navigate through the week.
The Gathering will be Tuesday, June 24th at 7 p.m. in the showring. Watch the AJMAA Facebook page for ticket opportunities this next week.
