Pre-Arrival Details
For our Alys Beach homeowners and Vacation guests, your dedicated concierge will be happy to assist with arrangements for transportation. From private air travel to airport transfers and car services, your concierge has everything you need to make your travels as smooth and seamless as possible.
SOUTHERN SKY AVIATION
In partnership with Southern Sky Aviation, the elite Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), our concierges are happy to assist our Alys Beach owner and Vacation guest community with private aviation options and planning services.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
If you would like assistance with arranging car service to and from Alys Beach, please send your concierge your flight and passenger information, along with the best phone number for the driver.
VACATION LIFESTYLE ASSISTANT
Enjoy a carefree vacation experience with a full-time personal assistant.
Pre-stock groceries, meal deliveries, errand running, coffee delivery, holding your place in line at area restaurants, meal set-up and clean-up, garbage handling, preparing beach coolers and packing beach bags, beach towel dry-andfold, and more. Contact your concierge for more information or to arrange for your personal assistant.
RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
Your concierge is happy to assist with restaurant recommendations and reservations, where available. Please note that many area restaurants do not offer reservation options or may require a credit card to hold a reservation. Please share your preferred restaurants and/or dining/dietary preferences (upscale, seafood, casual, live music, water-view, child-friendly, etc.).
PRE-STOCKED GROCERIES
Your concierge can assist you with placing your grocery order with 30A Arrange. They will shop, deliver & stock your kitchen prior to arrival. Place your order as soon as possible to secure your request. If they are fully booked, reach out to your concierge for additional options. NEAT can also deliver alcohol orders.
DELIVERY ON ARRIVAL DAY
Have a custom charcuterie board and/or a catered dinner delivered directly to your home so that you can relax and settle in for your first evening in Alys Beach.
TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN
Alys Beach can provide a pack-n-play ($12/nt)* and a highchair ($10/nt)* upon request. Please note that rollaway beds are not permitted. If you need additional equipment such as a full-size crib, please reach out to your concierge.
BABYSITTING & NANNY SERVICES
Are you interested in having a nanny for the duration of your stay or a sitting service for a day or evening out? Do you need a caregiver who is qualified for special needs? Ask your vacation concierge for childcare options.

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
Capture the beauty of Alys Beach by scheduling a photography session. Should you wish to work with a professional photographer during your stay to capture these moments, please reach out to your concierge to receive a list of those approved photographers who have been pre-qualified* to work with our vacation rental guests.
*Please note that only those photographers on the Alys Beach List of Preferred Vendors (provided upon request by your concierge) are permitted to conduct photoshoots for Alys Beach Vacation Rental Guests during their stay. We are unable to approve any requests for outside photographers.

Wine Tasting for up to 10 people
Sip your way through a curated selection of four different wines poured by Alys Beach Beverage Manager, Austin Doiron. Any and all remaining wines are yours to enjoy.
Whiskey Tasting
Enjoy drams of five different whiskeys ranging from unique bourbons and rye to our current Alys Beach barrel picks poured by Beverage Manager Austin Doiron. At the conclusion, all bottles are yours to keep.
Tequila Tasting
Taste your way through tequila! Enjoy pours and the stories of five different bottles including special Alys Beach barrel selections poured by Beverage Manager Austin Doiron.

AT-HOME COCKTAIL SEMINARS
Bring the mixology session to you, shaking and stirring your way through the crafting of a festive, seasonal, of-the-moment cocktail with your vacation companions. These special cocktail experiences are perfectly choreographed by mixology professionals and are offered as a late morning/midday seminar for the brunch crowd, or late afternoon/early evening for the dinner crew. While you learn the methods and stories behind your favorite new craft cocktails, the team revs up the entertainment with themed trivia (for the bride or groom, birthday celebrant, or cocktail-related trivia), keeping the experience fresh and curated.

BRUNCH & MIMOSA BAR
Enjoy beautifully crafted pastries and bites, gourmet breakfast dishes, and signature sides complemented by a thoughtfully curated mimosa bar. The perfect way to start a special morning in your home and private courtyard.
PERSONAL BARISTA
In-home barista services include a full drink menu with caffeinated and non-caffeinated options, as well as alternative milk choices. A deluxe pastry package is available as an add-on (gluten free options available upon request). Please contact your concierge for more information.
COURTYARD MOVIE NIGHT
This full, Boho-style experience includes the movie screen, lanterns, speaker, and popcorn for a fun family evening at your vacation home. Movie nights can also be a great way to entertain the children while you entertain inside your home. Your concierge will be happy to assist with booking.
PRIVATE CHEF AND CATERING DELIVERY
Create a special breakfast, lunch, or dinner experience without having to leave the beauty and comfort of your vacation home with a private chef experience or catered delivery service.
Delight and surprise your family, friends, and guests with a private chef experience. Our preferred partners offer a variety of menu options such as seafood, steak, low country boil, hibachi, sushi, and more, as well as the option to customize your menu.

Among the finest in the world, our Gulf beaches are the premier Alys Beach amenity. Clear water, white sand, and beautiful sunsets make a captivating setting for special gatherings and experiences.
BEACH BONFIRES
Standard Beach Bonfire includes up to 10 chairs, a 6 ft. table, a s’mores board, and a bluetooth speaker.

Elevate your beach bonfire experience with a “Boho” bonfire if you wish to add additional Bohemian decor to your bonfire setting. Or pair your bonfire with a catered dinner experience with your choice from our list of preferred chefs. Menu options include a low country boil, BBQ, taco bar, crab cakes, beef tenderloin and more.
BEACH PICNICS
Enjoy a beach picnic provided by one of our preferred partners. These catered picnic experiences can be paired with a beach bonfire and/or a full catered dinner.
Picnic catering options include small bites, appetizers, charcuterie boards, and desserts.
SANDCASTLE BUILDING
Sandcastle Building Workshops are another fun way to explore our white sand beaches. Learn expert tricks and tips to sculpt a magnificent sandcastle or sand sculpture with this fun-for-thewhole-family activity.
SHORE FISHING
Guided surf fishing is a great way to explore the bounty of the Gulf with an expert whose familiarity with the regulations, tides, and conditions will help maximize the adventure. Guides will provide all necessary equipment for you to head down to the beach and cast your line!
CATCH & COOK EXPERIENCE
Enjoy the adventure of reeling in a fresh catch followed by a private chef preparation of your days’ winnings (supplemented with daily fresh catch as needed). Treat your friends and family to the freshest seafood with this private, in-home chef experience.

Recreation
Alys Beach Recreation team is happy to reserve beach chair(s) with an oversized umbrella and small table for owners and guests, providing a comfortable, easy set-up for your day at the beach.
Recreation also offers kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and more to ensure that you have access to the tools you need for an adventurous day along the shore.
BIKE RENTALS

The Bike Shop is located underneath the Beach Club Plaza. Bikes are available in child-size, adult, and pull behind trailers. Delivery and pick up services are available.
PARKS & NATURE TRAIL
The northern portion of Alys Beach is devoted to a 20-acre nature preserve that provides a quiet and reflective getaway. An 1800-footlong trail winds its way through the preserve, most of it on an elevated wooden boardwalk that gives a great view of the varied habitats below. A tree canopy gives way to the sky, with plenty of sunlight that nurtures a more open meadow landscape of wiregrass and colorful wildflowers.
Nine town parks are also an integral part of the town design and offer central points of connectivity and recreation. The Amphitheater is the largest, and hosts a wide range of musical and theatrical performances throughout the year.

ZUMA Wellness Center facilities extend beyond the gym and into the realm of restoration and balance for the mind, body and spirit. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Policy
• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all applicable third-party vendor services.
• Some services may require a deposit, with the balance applied once the final invoice is received.
Cancellation Policy In-Home Experiences
• A non-refundable deposit of $550 is required for in-home chef experiences.
• Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund for non-catering in-home experiences.
Catering Delivery Services
• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
Beach Experiences
• Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will also be issued in cases of inclement weather if the event cannot be rescheduled.
• If weather conditions impact beach catering drop-offs, the service will be redirected to your home for convenience.
Floral Arrangements
• Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled service to qualify for a full refund.

Rental Guests, please note that any intimate gathering within rental homes may not host more guests than the house is advertised to sleep. For example, if your rental home can sleep up to 10 people, you may have a maximum of 10 guests, and so forth.
