Strategic Plan 2024 – 2028 *Noongar: Future, together

At All Saints’ College, we are committed to: • Relationships being at the centre of all we do; • A human-centred approach, recognising and honouring the wholeness of each individual within our community, striving to see each community member feel visible and valued for who they are in our quest to provide a personalisable education and a responsive work environment; • A pluriverse that, in keeping with our Anglican tradition, celebrates diversity and inclusion, and sees us embracing all that others can teach us. In this, we specifically recognise the history and the contribution of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; • Acknowledging that there are as many definitions of success as there are young people in our College; • Recognising our young people not as ‘citizens-in-waiting’, but as ‘citizens of the here-and-now’ * who have much to contribute; • The ongoing relevance and steadfastness of our values: our trusted guide in the face of the new, the uncertain and the unknown; • The power of social capital, of strengthening the connective tissue between all community members, between all humanity; • Beyonding#; going beyond boundaries and borders as we recognise and honour the interconnectedness of life; • The power of maybe: of thinking big, of being open to uncertainty and where it may lead. We are passionate about being and nurturing change-makers, advocates for new and better ways, advocates for a better world, who find within the challenge and discomfort of change the excitement of opportunity; • A generative and lifeworthy education – one that is an active process of creating understanding and meaning, that integrates new learning into knowledge and wisdom, that is relevant and that is dedicated to the benefit of community and humanity, as well as the individual.

Boordakan Dandju is the result of close consultation with all community members – current students and Old Saints, staff and parents, the Anglican Church, our Board and the wider community – and we are proud to share with you this framework that is guided by, and makes space for, all about which All Saints’ College is passionate. * Mara Krechevsky and Ben Mardell, Project Zero, Harvard Graduate School of Education # David Perkins, Project Zero, Harvard Graduate School of Education
