WAREHOUSE UPDATE

We have ScanIT fully deployed at the Boise warehouse and will be using it companywide by next quarter’s inventory. ScanIT is a mobile inventory management system that is integrated with eAutomate. It allows us to scan the barcodes on items during a physical inventory. For Boise, it had sped up the counting process, reduced the number of items that have to be recounted, and has allowed us to close part and supply inventories within 24 hours of being counted.

Unlocking Opportunities

In our recent team meeting, Tom shared some exciting insights and plans for the upcoming year. It's evident that there's a wave of opportunity awaiting us, and with a clear vision and strategic approach, we're poised to make significant strides.

Tom highlighted the culmination of our first-ever comprehensive business planning session. Through this process, our branch sales managers put forth meticulous business plans, enabling us to gain a deeper understanding of our customer base, upcoming leases, and lucrative opportunities exceeding $50,000 and $100,000.

We've identified key clients we aim to retain while devising strategies to expand our market share in targeted areas, including Managed IT, Production Print, Software Solutions, Cloud Printing, and Managed Print as a Service (MPaaS).

The invaluable feedback from a seasoned consultant affirmed that we're on the right trajectory. Our community involvement efforts have garnered praise, showcasing our commitment to making a positive impact beyond business transactions. With a firm grasp on our core values —doing the right thing, owning what you do, improving yourself, and enjoying the ride— we're aligning every department towards a unified purpose: delivering innovative technology solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Tom emphasized our stellar client retention rate, a testament to the exceptional service and care we provide. Despite market shifts, such as the recent acquisition of a local company by a larger entity, we're well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities. By targeting larger accounts and enhancing our service offerings, we anticipate substantial growth in 2024.

Our success hinges on attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As we strive to automate processes without compromising service quality, we're poised to achieve new benchmarks and exceed customer expectations. Tom's enthusiasm for the journey ahead is contagious, and we're all eager to embark on this exciting chapter together.

Let's harness this momentum, leverage our strengths, and seize every opportunity that comes our way. With teamwork, dedication, and a customer-centric approach, there's no limit to what we can achieve.

IT UPDATE:

In our recent meeting, we celebrated significant milestones and achievements in our IT services division, highlighting the remarkable teamwork and dedication that have propelled us forward.

Last year marked a record-breaking period as we welcomed 17 new clients to the Allied family, a feat that speaks volumes about our collective efforts. What's even more exciting is that we're already on track to surpass this achievement, with 13 new clients forecasted early in the year. This impressive growth is a testament to the hard work of our sales representatives, including Fred, Mike, and Tim, who have tirelessly pursued new opportunities. Moreover, our marketing team, led by Lisa, deserves a special shout-out for their invaluable contributions in securing some of these new clients. Additionally, our online presence has attracted a substantial number of leads, reflecting our growing reputation as a top-tier managed services provider.

Our Allied IT team is currently closing approximately 320 IT tickets per week. This exceptional performance is indicative of our commitment to promptly address our clients' needs and deliver effective solutions. With a satisfaction rate of 98% and a resolution rate well above industry benchmarks, it's evident that our proven processes and dedicated team members are driving exceptional results. As Tom has emphasized, our focus on efficiency is paying off, enabling us to deliver highquality services while accommodating our expanding customer base.

As we continue to grow and evolve, let's take pride in our achievements and remain committed to upholding the standards of excellence that define our organization. Together, we're setting new benchmarks and paving the way for continued success in the realm of IT services.

PUERTO VALLARTA, MEXICO PRESIDENT'S CLUB

Few events carry the prestige and excitement as the Annual President’s Club Trip.

Our exceptional sales performers excelled in surpassing their quotas, and earning this recognition is a testament to their skill, dedication and collective strength. The trip is not just a well-deserved break, it is an opportunity to recharge, connect with colleagues and draw inspiration from Allied’s success.

This year’s beach vacation to Puerto Vallarta was a luxurious getaway, celebrating growth and achievements in the past year and symbolizing Allied’s appreciation of hard work and innovation demonstrated by sales as well as a few select individuals representing other departments.

This years’ group consisted of Sales Team members Tobin Bartholomew, Kory Beck, Caleb Reeve, Mitch Madsen, Shawn Woestemeyer, Brent Meacham and Joe Critchfield. Lance Rhodes and Hayden Silva joined from Service, Andrew Fietsch with IT, Lisa Novotny and Aubrey Walker in Admin and of course Tom Beeles.

It was a memorable oceanside experience filled with delicious food, beach adventures and camaraderie.
