In the words of an age-old wisdom, "Be silly sometimes. Good for the mind and body!" At Allied Business Solutions, we wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of playfulness. While we excel in our professional endeavors, it's equally essential to nurture our sense of joy and embrace a lighthearted spirit.
With that in mind, we invite you to join us in a fun-filled adventure of embracing your inner silly. Let's take a moment to disconnect from the pressures of work and allow ourselves to explore the lighter side of life. Whether it's sharing a funny story, participate in goofy costume days, or engaging in an impromptu dance-off during our next virtual meeting, let's create opportunities for laughter, spontaneity, and genuine connections.
Not only does silliness bring a smile to our faces, but it also offers numerous benefits for our well-being. It helps alleviate stress, promotes creativity, and fosters a positive work environment. So, let's infuse our days with laughter, sprinkle moments of playfulness throughout our routines, and unlock the tremendous benefits that come with embracing our silly side.
Remember, it's okay to be serious when the situation calls for it, but don't underestimate the power of letting loose and having a good laugh. Together, let's create a workplace culture where silliness is celebrated, and our collective spirits soar to new heights!
So go ahead, be silly, and let the joy ripple through our Allied family. Your mind and body will thank you for it!
Dedicated volunteers Sarah, Aaron, and Lisa M. came together to create a delicious feast for the families staying at The Ronald McDonald House. They prepared tacos with sides of beans and corn with ice cream sundaes for dessert. Our commitment to giving back to the community shines through events like these, where we come together to make a positive impact in the lives of those who need it most.
On my first day at Allied, I got the pleasure of volunteering at Ronald McDonald House. I did not know whattoexpect, andIwaspleasantlysurprisedbyhoworganizedandwellrunitis!Theplaceresembles averyhigh-qualityextendedstay,withsomereallyspecialextraperks.
The kitchen area is meant for the residents. We used a kitchen space to create a taco bar and sundae bar for potential diners. But the special part is that we also left some extra food in the kitchen and residents can use the kitchen at any hour, use the food we left to cook with, choose to eat a pre-made meal,orusefoodoftheirownandstoreitthere.It’slikehomeawayfromhome.
But wait, there’s still the absolute coolest part…….they have a secret magic toy room! Our tour guide said that her best days are bringing a scared child to the wall and then pushing it open (it’s a real live secretroomy’all!)andtellingthechildtheycanchoosewhatevertoytheywantfromthefloortoceiling shelves, allpaintedinsparkingdarkpaintthatmakestheroomtrulyfeelmagic.Iadmit, myinnerchild squealed.

The Six Sigma methodology allows an organization to improve the quality of its processes by identifying the causes of errors, working to minimize and correct future mistakes. From manufacturing processes to logistics and retail—the Six Sigma process improvement methodology has worked to help numerous companies improve efficiencies, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. The Six Sigma approach is as applicable to IT as it is to any other business process. From network infrastructure to ERP to E-Business interfaces and software applications, the Six Sigma approach can be used by project managers as well as IT department managers to improve their service levels, reduce system downtime, and optimize their processes.
In a recent all-team meeting, Kory Beck provided valuable insights into our sales process. Here are some key takeaways:
Kory emphasized the importance of building strong relationships with potential customers. This involves regularly knocking on doors and understanding how we can help businesses solve their challenges.
We strive to maintain excellent customer service by conducting regular account reviews with existing customers. This ensures their satisfaction, resolves any issues promptly, and strengthens our partnership.
During meetings with customers, our sales team identifies pain points and areas for improvement in their business processes. We offer solutions tailored to their needs, such as copiers, printers, IT systems, and document management.
Kory demonstrated our streamlined order processing using the Sherpa platform. From adding signed documents and configuring equipment to calculating financials and generating movement forms, the new process ensures efficiency and accuracy.
Kory encouraged everyone to refer potential customers to our sales team. We offer incentives, ranging from $150 to $500, to team members who successfully refer leads that convert into sales.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to contribute leads and earn extra rewards! If you have a referral or any questions, please fill out the ALLIED Sales Lead Form or contact Kory Beck directly.
Remember, our success lies in teamwork and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Let's continue to excel in our sales efforts and make a positive impact on businesses in our community.
