2024 ALLIED LAUNCH PARTY RECAP!

Our Allied launch party was a phenomenal success, bringing together colleagues from various branches to celebrate our achievements and set our sights on a remarkable 2024.

Beneath the neon lights, we strengthening our bonds of camaraderie. A thrilling raffle awarded prizes such as a Ninja Creamy, DJI drone, Apple Watch, and popular gift cards.

Tom honored our top performers, recognizing their exceptional contributions. We also unveiled our ambitious "24 in 24" vision, aiming to achieve a remarkable $24 million in the year 2024.

We rebranded ourselves as a technology leader by building a marketing strategy:

TRUST TRANSPARENCY TECHNOLOGY We automated and improved our systems and processes in every department.

Leadership roles were expanded in Sales, Service, IT, and Administration. We balanced our teams, cross trained, and improved our communication with new meetings cadences.

We analyzed financial numbers in detail for every department and identified the areas of business with best opportunities for revenue growth and stability.

We rolled out some of the best IT packages that truly bring value to our clients.

32% Growth in IT Services, 17 New IT Managed Service Client. # 129 Production Units Under Contract in our Market. 29 units installed in 2023.

Total Business Solutions acquisition. We added great people and created more opportunity for everyone.

Annual Performance Review Process Allied is committed to facilitating a more dynamic and constructive approach to our annual employee performance assessments.

Our new system emphasizes structured feedback with a focus on continuous development as we discuss accomplishments, goals and areas for growth.

This process takes place online in Paychex.

There are two pieces – the SELF review and the MANAGER review.

You will receive a notification via Paychex regarding the selfassessment prior to the due date. PLEASE COMPLETE ON-TIME. The self-assessment will be visible to both yourself and your supervisor upon completion.

The second portion, the scored section, has a range from “Unsatisfactory” to “Exceptional,” providing a comprehensive spectrum to gauge individual contributions.

Please note: MEETS EXPECTATIONS is NOT an unfavorable score.

This indicates you are where you are supposed to be in your role.

Meet our new IT client: Leisure Time of Boise Leisure Time is a new IT Managed Services client for Allied Business Solutions. We will be supporting their IT infrastructure supporting Servers, Workstations, Wireless Network, Security, and Internet Connection. They went live with our services on February 1st, 2024 Leisure Time Inc., established in Idaho Falls in the early 70s and now also in Boise (since '93) and Twin Falls, is the premier retailer of outdoor/indoor living products aimed at enhancing health, heating homes, and adding a touch of luxury to life. Over 40+ years, they've maintained their founding principles while expanding their product range to include hot tubs, swim spas, fireplaces, and more, becoming the largest hot tub and hearth dealer in East Idaho under the stewardship of the Wright family. Their commitment to a "customer first" philosophy is exemplified across all locations by their dedicated employees.

Super Bowl Squares is an exciting game that anyone can enjoy while watching the Super Bowl. Players compete by selecting squares on a 10 by 10 grid prior to kick-off of the game. Once all squares have been filled out, numbers from 0-9 are randomly selected and assigned to the NFC/AFC colored boxes. At the end of each quarter, these numbers will correspond to the last digit of each team’s score, and if your square lies at the intersection of the numbers, you win that quarter!

In addition to the amazing square prizes, Allied will throw in two prize packs for each board for both the Half Time and End of Game winners!
