GET WATERSMART! HOW TO USE YOUR SMART METER Every home in Allen now has access to better insights into their water usage. The citywide installation of smart water meters was completed in late 2023, providing every Allen home with several money-saving benefits you can use right away. · Use detailed, hourly data to identify unexpected water use, such as incorrectly programmed sprinkler systems or a running toilet. · Get leak alerts when you use a very large amount of water at once, or small amounts of water over a continuous period. · Track data over time to understand how simple changes to your water use habits can have a big impact on your monthly bill.

LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO START TRACKING! Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera to log into your WaterSmart account. Enjoy a smarter way to track your water use!

Previously provided through Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), this service is open to Allen and Fairview residents who are 65 and older or have a qualifying disability. Beginning Feb. 1, users will schedule service by using the RideDCTA mobile app, calling the DCTA Customer Service Center at 940.243.0077 or visiting DCTA.net/CollinCountyRides.
