2. Allowing the design team to be appointed by your contractor offers the opportunity for VAT reimbursement upon the fees for design work completed under the contract (subject to VAT assessment).

Indoor air quality at Project 089 achieved an AirScore Platinum rating of 9.4 out of 10, confirming its status as the first residential building to obtain Platinum certification. The exceptional score reflects the project’s performance across five key categories; Particulate Matter, carbon Dioxide, Total Volatile Organic Compounds Temperature and Relative Humidity.
Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5)
This analysis monitors fine airborne particles that can impact respiratory health. Project 089 excelled in managing fine dust, maintaining consistently low levels throughout the assessment.
Carbon Dioxide (CO 2 )
Indoor CO2 concentrations were evaluated, with the property achieving outstanding results. The building’s advanced systems ensured consistently low levels below 700ppm, critical for Platinum certification and occupant comfort.
Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOCs)
The TVOC analysis confirmed minimal levels of organic gases, highlighting the building’s exceptional ability to prevent harmful compound build up, a key factor in ensuring well-being.
