Faith in Ac on: Advent Year 8 students have been taking part in an Advent Sta ons reflec ve prayer session. In a very quiet atmosphere, they have been given the opportunity to think about Advent and prepare for Christmas. They have been truly amazing. They have wri en some beau ful prayers showing a great awareness of world situa ons and an apprecia on that we are all part of a Common Home.
Advent Assembly Mrs Garvey delivered the assembly on the joy of Advent, describing how it is a me to wait and prepare. The first candle on our Advent wreath was lit as part of the assembly. Also pictured is the Advent Alphabet that we have displayed in the College hall.
