SUMMARY|Q4 2020 The 4th quarter of 2020 was a consequential time period for Naples Real Estate. For several years, the single-family home market in the Crayton Rd. area has had an oversupply and only modest price appreciation. Suddenly, during this COVID-19 era, prices have risen, inventories have plummeted, and our market has been completely transfor med.

Objectively, it is a great time for sellers to maximize their sales prices and sell quickly.

Sellers of vintage homes (teardowns) have very little competition and developers are competing for the scarce opportunity to begin another project. Sellers of homes built after 2014 are selling for great prices and in almost no time; and the market segment of homes built in 1990-2013 are getting increased traction as well. This is the best time in recent memory for someone to sell their home in the Crayton Rd Area.
