LP13: MANAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY & STAFF PERFORMANCE

The second year students have already completed their internal jobshadowing within The Aleit Group as well as their different workshops. They are currently finishing up their three learner programmes of this year. LP10 presented by Mia Scheepers, LP11 presented by Nicola Bernardo and LP13 presented by Markus Botha.

These subjects prepare them even further for their external internships at the end of the year. Communication (LP10) prepares them to comunicate properly with their superior and the team they will find themselve in. Lead a team (LP11) focusses on leadership skills and what type of leader they should aim to be, while customer service (LP13) prepares them to deal with clients and what to do should their customer be unhappy. 12
