Our Young Enterprise team - a collaboration between AESG and Fallibroome Academy - have developed a sustainable recipe book, named ‘Interlinked’, which yesterday they pitched at the Cheshire & Warrington Final!
They were interviewed by three judges, where they shared the passion behind ‘Interlinked’ and how it aims to tackle the staggering 1 3 billion tons of food wasted each year With creative recipes that use leftovers from different cultures around the world, the idea is to both reduce food waste and preserve diverse culinary traditions.
Faced with tough questions and fierce competition, the group ’ s preparation and dedication paid off! Their idea was met with enthusiasm from schools across the North West, educators, and industry experts. And to top it all off, they received four awards!

SkiTriptoFrance
As well as educational trips, our Senior School enjoyed their annual Ski Trip to Les Deux Alpes. From skiing to ice skating and bowling, every moment was filled with fun, laughter, and new friendships.
Miss Cattell, our Head of PE, shared, “What a fantastic week of skiing. The trip was a huge success, and we can’t wait to hit the slopes again next year and experience different resorts!”
Miss McConville reflected, “This trip was an unforgettable adventure, filled with laughter and fun. Being part of the beginner group was a joy, as I watched the girls gain in confidence after every session. The instructors were wonderful and full of energy, always ready to pick us up after a fall! Miss O’Gorman’s spectacular fall will always be my favourite moment from the trip.
