Our aim is to ensure that every pupil can flourish academically, personally, and spiritually by nurturing the BeMore attributes, fostering a love of learning, and preparing them to lead with confidence and compassion in a rapidly evolving world.

Year 1: 2025 - 2026 FOUNDATION & ALIGNMENT

Key Priorities:

·Embed BeMore attributes into teaching, learning, and pastoral care.

·Launch a professional development programme that focuses on curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

·Strengthen academic challenge and support for all learners, especially high-attaining pupils.

·Launch the “Bright, Balanced, Bold” marketing initiative.

·Improve transition rates from Year 6 to 7 and Year 11 to VI Form.

Strategic Actions:

·Introduce BeMore lesson planning templates and reflective journals.

·Establish a BeMore Form Time Programme and develop our Pupil Voice forums.

·Conduct Department Reviews and peer learning walks.

·Launch the new Scholarship programmes.

·Complete the estate improvement planning and sustainability audits.

Year 2: 2026 - 2027 GROWTH & INNOVATION

Key Priorities:

··Innovate curriculum with future-focused learning (AI, sustainability, global citizenship).

·Expand enrichment and leadership opportunities.

·Strengthen community partnerships and income generation.

·Enhance staff development and retention through continuous professional development.

Strategic Actions:

·Introduce interdisciplinary BeMore projects (e.g., sustainability challenge).

·Launch “Global Girls” initiative – connecting with international schools.

·Further expand our digital learning strategy.

·Host wider community events and open facilities for local use.

·Implement staff-led CPD modules and leadership pathways.

MONITORING & EVALUATION

Each year will include a review of progress using examples such as:

·Termly leadership evaluations

·Middle Leaders analysis of department areas

·Pupil voice and parent feedback

·Annual BeMore Showcase, Scholarship and Presentation and Awards Evenings
